With the launch of our Copilot Readiness Dashboard, available in both Orchestry and Beacon, we're giving you the information you need to definitively determine when your environment is ready for Microsoft's AI powerhouse. It's the first true Copilot readiness score—measured, quantified, and actionable.
Settle the Copilot Readiness Score
The joy of having a score—whether it's the Microsoft Secure Score or any other distillation of mountains of data in your environment—is that it gives you a simple, clear read on your status. That's been the biggest hindrance to making the call on Copilot. Microsoft doesn't provide full tenant-wide Copilot readiness scoring, and other M365 management tools only have limited dashboards with minimal signal depth.
Orchestry's Copilot Readiness Dashboard, though, is the first to offer comprehensive, tenant-wide assessment. With it, you can measure, track, and improve your governance posture before you deploy Copilot, not after red flags like oversharing and governance issues have put confidential data at risk.
Our readiness score is based on 13 signals covering your entire tenant. And to give you a truly complete assessment, it incorporates a wide range of signals including sharing links, broken inheritance, privacy, folder exposure, label gaps, ownership drift, and archival coverage.
Reporting for Copilot Duty
While it's nice to have an easy-to-understand score to guide your decisions, there's plenty more to dig into. For each metric the dashboard provides, you can click through to supporting reports with in-depth details. These reports help you make a more informed decision on what issues to address and help you operationalize these readiness efforts.
The readiness reports cover three areas:
Oversharing Metrics
- Find vulnerabilities with data on sharing links, workspace privacy, broken inheritance, and folder exposure
Governance Metrics
- See what's being overlooked with info on inactive sites, sensitivity gaps, and owner/member gaps
Orchestry Safeguards
- Get a read on how effectively you're using Orchestry with stats on provisioning coverage, archival policies, and workspace reviews applied
Across all of these signals, we'll apply warning thresholds to minimize noise and help you prioritize the most pressing issues.
What's Next
Copilot readiness is a major focus for us—as it is for many of you. As much as this dashboard can do right out of the gate, we're already working on enhancements to make it even more powerful.
