Orchestry platform developments

New features launched!

In 2022 we launched our developers absolutely crushed it with the launch of the Guest Management & Insights features. Read more about these much anticipated features in our blog.

New call-to-action

Throughout the year, we coded, tested, coded, tested and coded some more to fix bugs, make UX and UI improvements to the whole platform and to implement feedback we’ve heard from our customers and partners.

Some interesting stats

In 2022 our Customer & Partner Success team helped resolve 105 HelpDesk tickets and managed to do that via 313 interactions, which means that each ticket took on average 3 interactions to address and resolve!

Our Engineering team was on absolute fire and 1275 work items which equates to 5 work items each day! Let’s applaud this team of rockstars!

Orchestry platform was up and running beautifully 99.99% of the entire 2022!

Our mighty platform helped provision 45,000 new workspaces for our customers and partners.

Orchestry made 670 million Microsoft Graph API calls over the course of 2022.

We automatically processed 63 million workspaces on behalf of our customers and partners – that is a whole lot of Teams, SharePoint team and Communication sites!

196 ideas were submitted to us by our customers and partners – many of which we either implemented already, built into the product roadmap, or reviewed and discussed in our first Annual Orchestravaganza – an exclusive event for customers and partners where we collaboratively build the Orchestry roadmap for the following year.

We’ve also unearthed some pretty interesting statistics and insights!

The oldest workspace we found in one of our customers’ tenants was 3634 days old! Which makes it almost 10 years old – we wonder whether someone was still actively using it…

Orchestry team voted on the best workspace names found in a tenant and “I made a mistake” and “Pants” took the prizes this year!

We found a single workspace with an enormous amount of guests – 453,000!

We often get asked – what is a healthy User to Workspace ratio. The answer is – this depends on your organizational needs. But the highest ratio of Users to Workspaces in a tenant we found this year was 1:12 (so for every team member, they have 12 workspaces!).

This wraps up Orchestry’s 2022 in review.

Stay tuned for everything coming in 2023 – it is going to be an incredible year!
