What types of insights and reports are available in Orchestry for guest management?

Orchestry provides guest management insights including lifecycle status, activity, and domain audits. The Guest Dashboard shows charts for guest additions and deletions, redemption status, and inactivity over customizable timeframes. You can also export data for further analysis and take actions such as resending invitations or deleting accounts directly from the reports.

Can administrators export guest data and insights from Orchestry for further analysis?

Yes. Administrators can export guest data and insights from the Guest Dashboard to Excel or CSV, including nightly guest data exports for comprehensive reporting and historical tracking. These exports enable deeper analysis and record-keeping outside of Orchestry.

Can Orchestry email custom reports to users?

No. Orchestry does not email custom reports, but you can export reports to .xlsx files for offline analysis.

Where does Orchestry gather its data from?

Orchestry gathers data from over a hundred Microsoft APIs and from all the various Microsoft 365 admin centers including Teams, SharePoint, Purview, Defender and more.

Does Orchestry report on Guest access in my tenant?
