Manual tickets, duplicate Teams, and unmanaged SharePoint Sites slow everyone down. Orchestry’s provisioning and templates turn workspace creation into guided self-service, so people can spin up the right team or site quickly while IT keeps approvals, ownership, and policies under control.
Let business users create or request workspaces (for Teams, SharePoint or Viva Engage) on their own while governance runs in the background and options stay aligned to business needs.
Create full copies of Teams and SharePoint Sites without custom code. Capture SharePoint configuration such as lists, libraries, pages, content types, metadata and more to ensure standardization.
Set up single- or multi-step approvals for workspace requests, and use Power Automate for more complex flows so reviews go to the right people before workspaces go live.
Define rule-based names for Teams, SharePoint Sites, and M365 groups using prefixes, suffixes, user attributes, and optional custom metadata so names stay consistent and easier to manage.
Reduce template sprawl by adding modular components that users can include when requesting a workspace, allowing a single template to support many scenario variants while keeping maintenance low.
What types of workspaces can be provisioned with Orchestry?
You can provision Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Team Sites (group-connected and non–group-connected), SharePoint Communication Sites, and Viva Engage Communities.
Does Orchestry support provisioning of classic SharePoint Sites?
No. Orchestry provisions only modern SharePoint Sites, but classic sites are still included in reporting.
Can documents be included with templates?
Yes. As part of Workspace Templates, Orchestry supports all document types, which can be provisioned along with the workspace structure.
Can I provision workspaces using an existing Microsoft Team or SharePoint Site as a template?
Yes, you can connect workspace templates to an existing workspace within your tenant. Orchestry can copy the contents from the SharePoint Site document libraries and lists.
Does Orchestry support naming conventions during provisioning?
Yes. Orchestry can apply custom naming conventions at the template level, so each template can use a different naming convention if needed.
Can Orchestry restrict who can request workspaces?
Yes. You can restrict access to templates using Entra security groups, allowing you to curate templates for specific departments or teams.
Will users need to learn a new app?
Not necessarily. The Orchestry app gives end users a clean, intuitive experience and gives IT admins confidence that provisioned workspaces meet security and governance requirements, but it is not mandatory to use.
No pressure. Just a focused walkthrough of what matters most to you, with time for every question.
