Orchestry is growing again and this time we are expanding our sales and partner enablement force. A seasoned sales director Rayna O’Neil is joining our team and is excited to support our prospective customers and partners in solving their most prominent Microsoft 365 challenges with the help of Orchestry.
Rayna O’Neil considers herself to be a technology Luddite. You may ask – why would someone who considers themselves a Luddite be joining a SaaS company like Orchestry?
Rayna has been in technology and SaaS sales for nearly 2 decades now and she is a firm believer that one of the primary requirements of technology is to be accessible and unambiguous. What, makes her an undeniable asset is her ability to identify business and process challenges (or, as some call them – opportunities) and find ways for technology to solve them, in a simple and streamlined way, as well as her conviction that technology implementation for the sake of digitization is not the ultimate goal. Rayna wholeheartedly believes people deserve more time to spend on activities that drive value at work and in their personal lives.
Another superpower Rayna brings to the table is her “technology cryptology”. Being surrounded by highly technical people throughout the past 2 decades, she’s acquired a remarkable ability to decipher technology speak and simplify it, so the most non-technical people can understand it.
Naturally, we at Orchestry, a SaaS company that builds expert solutions that make Microsoft 365 accessible to all, could not be more excited to have Rayna join our team.

Rayna is looking to lean in and deeply understand what organizations leveraging Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams are struggling with on a daily basis, and curate a very focused experience with Orchestry as a solution to those most pressing challenges. When she saw Orchestry’s powerful features, she immediately knew that the platform is unparalleled, but every organization will deploy the solution differently, as their primary needs and expectations from Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 suite of tools are quite varied.
She is really looking forward to developing and cultivating strong relationships with Orchestry’s prospective customers and partners, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that Orchestry helps deliver the full value they are looking to get out of their Microsoft 365 subscriptions and licenses.
